1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing loopymint.com or engaging Loopymint for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

Loopymint provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, UX/UI design, graphic design, and web design & development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals or statements of work, which prevail over these general terms in case of conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Loopymint unless stated otherwise.
• Upon full payment, clients receive the deliverables produced for their project as defined in the statement of work.
• Loopymint may reference completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to required accounts and assets.
• Ensure that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule.

5. Payments

Invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in the proposal or statement of work. Delayed payments may pause active work and accrue interest as permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopymint's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the statement of work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
